What We Do

  • Pull and review your reports from all three bureaus with you, line by line
  • Identify items that may be inaccurate, unverified, unfair, or outdated: misreported balances, accounts that are not yours, duplicate collections, items past the 7-year reporting limit, and data the furnisher cannot verify
  • Send disputes to bureaus and furnishers each cycle and track every response
  • Send debt-validation and goodwill letters where they fit your situation
  • Teach you the positive-credit habits that do the other half of the work: on-time payments, utilization, and account age

What We Cannot Do (And No One Can)

  • We cannot remove information that is accurate, current, and verifiable. No one can, no matter what they charge.
  • We cannot promise a score increase, a specific number of removals, or a timeline to results.
  • We cannot get you approved for a loan, mortgage, or apartment. Lenders and landlords make those decisions.
  • We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice.

You also have the right to dispute your credit reports yourself, for free, by contacting the bureaus directly. Many people do. What we offer is the experience, the tracking, and the persistence to do the heavy lifting for you.

The Dispute Process, Step by Step

  1. Free analysis. We review your three reports together and flag every item worth a closer look. You get a written summary either way.
  2. Written plan and contract. You see exactly which items we intend to challenge, your plan tier, and your exact monthly price before you sign. Federal law gives you three business days to cancel after signing, and you can cancel the service anytime.
  3. Dispute cycles. Each cycle typically runs 30 to 45 days, the window bureaus have to investigate under the FCRA. Items that come back verified can be re-challenged with new documentation when the facts support it.
  4. Monthly reporting. You get a plain-language update every month showing what was sent, what came back, and what happens next. You pay after the work, never before.

Every credit situation is different. Results vary and no outcome can be guaranteed.

Common Questions

Will disputing hurt my credit score?

No. Filing a dispute does not itself lower your score, and the FCRA prohibits penalizing you for exercising your dispute rights. During an investigation an item may be temporarily marked as disputed. Your score can move for other reasons, such as balances and payment history, while disputes are in progress.

Do I have to keep paying if nothing changes?

No. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime, and our 90-day satisfaction guarantee refunds your fees in the first 90 days if you are not satisfied with the service.

Can you help before a mortgage application?

We can review your reports and challenge items that may be inaccurate or unverified, and our Full Advocacy plan prioritizes time-sensitive situations. We cannot promise your application will be approved or that your score will reach a target number. Your lender makes the lending decision.
