How Billing Works

  1. Your free analysis and your written plan come first. No payment information is collected during the free analysis.
  2. You sign a written contract that states the services, the total monthly price, and the estimated length of service, as required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act.
  3. Each month, we perform the work, send you a summary, and bill afterward. That is billing in arrears, and it is how federal law says credit repair should work.
  4. You may cancel your contract without penalty at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing, and you can cancel the service itself anytime after that.

The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service in your first 90 days, we refund your monthly fees. This is a satisfaction policy, not a promise of results. No one can guarantee a specific credit outcome, and you should walk away from anyone who says otherwise.

Pricing Questions

Why do some companies charge setup fees and you do not?

Federal law (15 U.S.C. 1679b) prohibits credit repair organizations from charging before services are fully performed. We bill monthly in arrears. Companies charging large upfront “audit” or “first work” fees at signup have been repeated enforcement targets of the CFPB and FTC.

Is the credit analysis really free?

Yes. The analysis costs nothing, requires no card, and comes with a written summary you keep either way. You also have the right to dispute your credit reports yourself for free; the analysis will not change that.

How long will I need the service?

It varies. Dispute cycles typically run 30 to 45 days each because bureaus have that long to respond under the FCRA, and most clients work with us for several months. We never promise a timeline to results.
